Located in La Dornac, in the heart of Périgord Noir, this charming 60 m² stone studio welcomes up to 4 guests. The living area features a 160 cm double bed for 2 and a 140 cm sofa bed. The private kitchen is well equipped with a filter coffee maker, TV, and a private barbecue for outdoor dining. Enjoy your own enclosed private garden and access to the shared outdoor pool (11 x 5 m), open exclusively from 9 am to 1 pm. You can also swim at Lac du Causse, just 15 minutes away. Two shared parking spaces are available on site. One pet is welcome during your stay (please ensure it does not sleep on the bed). Parties are not allowed on the property. The village of La Dornac is known for its hiking and mountain biking trails. Lac du Causse, 15 minutes away, offers a free-access beach and a 7 km trail around the lake. Discover local products at neighboring villages’ night markets, explore the Dordogne Valley by canoe, visit medieval fortresses, caves like Lascaux, truffle farms, and traditional stone huts. Local producers offer regional specialties for sale. Guests are required to clean before departure. Bed linen is not provided; if needed, please request on site, available for an extra fee. Towels are not provided.
